We are a non-profit organization whose mission is to encourage everyone, regardless of level of fitness, to get out, exercise, and have fun doing it. Our Trailmasters create safe and interesting 5 and 10 kilometer walk events in and around Athens. Our motto is \u201cFun, Fitness and Friendship\u201d. Our walking activities are open to everyone.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Next Walk:<\/span><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> Saturday, June 13, 2026 \u2013\u00a0 Carrs Hill 5k and 11k from Barnett Shoals Road.\u00a0 Arrive at 9:00 am, step off at 9:15 am to begin the walk. 5K will be a guided walk; 11k walkers will be provided with printed walk instructions. Start at the Valero Gas Station, 790 Barnett Shoals Road, Athens, GA.\u00a0 The guided walk is an \u201cout and back\u201d strolling along the North Oconee River Greenway through a peacefull hardwood forest that parallels the Oconee River. This walk will last approximately one and one-half hours for the 5K or approximately 3 hours for the 11k. \u00a0$4 to walk, $11 for short sleeve or $15 for long sleeve T-shirts.\u00a0 Lunch after the walk at Athens Pho Restaurant, <span class=\"title medium\">1860 S Barnett Shoals Rd Ste 501<\/span>.
